Oral Presentations

I just wanted to say a huge "Good Luck" to everyone on the Oral Presentations today and tomorrow. I hope everything goes well for everyone.

I'm already getting stage fright about mine on Thursday!

A bit about me...

I'm currently a dancer at the Benidorm Palace in Spain and I am loving every moment! The show is called Surreal which is the general theme of the show, inspired by different artists such as Man Ray, Salvador Dali, Antonio Gaudi, Luis Bunuel and Jean Miro. The venue is lovely and caters to many with dinner, drinks and dancing before the show. The stage is wonderful to dance on and we dance in many different styles including classical Spanish and Flamenco!

Prior to working here I worked for Selection on board Costa Cruises on four of their ships (including the Concordia, though luckily before it sank!) and was lucky enough to travel a lot of the world with the company and really experience life as a dancer on cruise ships.

This course is helping me to decide what could be next after performing.

Just being here on the course and talking to others in different parts of the profession has really helped me to think a lot more openly about the options that could be available to me in the future.
