ReplyDeleteA couple of points that sprung to mind whilst going through the survey:
Question 8 was difficult to answer as it asks two questions to which i would have answered differently. My works rules were very strict but not always well adhered to.
Question 4 was awkward too, as currently not working, so just ticked 0-6 months but you could possibly have another option there.

I do like the variety of questions though: y/n as well as grading types.
