After taking on board the comments I have added my special skills and also made my work credits stand out in bold. I'm also trying to find how to put the tag that Aicha suggested but I can't find it anywhere, can anyone else?
Any other feedback is greatly appreciated,
Thank you.

Hi Emily,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your feedback on my CV - I've done as you suggested and am mid-edit. Just successfully managed to add the tag:
I decided that rather than using the mobile one (which you can find if you go to Your Blog>Design>Settings>Email and Mobile)
that I would download a simpler version using one of the many sites that offer to change any URL into a QR code for free - just google QR code generator; I used http://www.qrstuff.com/ - copy and save the image, then insert as an image to your document. At the moment I've just put it in as an example, obviously my blog doesn't have loads of pictures and a showreel yet!
I like the edits you've made to your CV, hope the tag info helps!
I think your c.v. looks good. I would think twice about your date of birth in such detail. Nobody employing you really needs to know your exact birthday but your Date Of Birth is sometimes part of personal information for other things like banking etc...
ReplyDeleteI think in terms of someone wanting an over view of you, for work this is great. NOW in terms of this course here's a challenge. Write a c.v. of all the things you have learnt (by accident!!!) outside of formal education and work. You don't have to post it but think about what someone would have to know (or pride themselves on knowing) if they had to take your place for a week. What do you 'know'! What does it take to be you? Maybe you can post about thinking about it.
